Celebrating 11 years with Courtney Barker

Today we mark Courtney’s 11-year anniversary with MEDUCOM! Courtney joined us in 2011 as a Medical Associate eager to entrench herself in the writing and development of our projects and has evolved into Medical Director; a role that has allowed her to bring her knowledge and experience into the oversight of project execution.

We asked her to share her reflections about what has motivated her during her tenure at MEDUCOM:

• No two days look the same! We are constantly learning, being challenged and finding new ways to innovate and evolve with the changing needs of the industry and our clients’ brands. Working in a fast-paced environment ensures there is never a dull moment.

• Forming trusted relationships with clients. It is very satisfying to be able to provide strategic input and deliver on their needs, all the while establishing personal connections. Nothing beats feeling like the extension of their team!

• Last but not least, MEDUCOM has been an extremely rewarding place to grow and establish my career. We have an incredible team of high-performing, motivated individuals that push each other to excel and genuinely enjoy spending time with each other inside and outside the office! It makes it easy coming into the office everyday when you love the people you work with!
