With over a decade of experience, Rebecca is an expert in project management, people development and organizational planning. As a mentor for the management team, Rebecca’s driven yet friendly approach makes her a valued leader and trusted collaborator for diverse project, client and team needs. Exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail, Rebecca provides invaluable insight and oversight on key initiatives while driving process improvements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of processes and deliverables.

 

Rebecca’s keen interest in science and language led her to a earn a double major in Biology and French with honours from Wilfred Laurier University, followed by a Master’s degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Guelph.

Outside of her work at MEDUCOM, Rebecca enjoys outdoor activities with her husband, two young girls and Aussiedoodle, playing boardgames with friends and engaging in competitive group sports like ultimate frisbee and beach volleyball.
