Rachel obtained her BSc in Biological and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Guelph. Her interest in the pharma industry combined with her service-focused mindset and drive to meet sales targets brought her MEDUCOM. Rachel leads the expansion of MEDUCOM’s Canadian portfolio of clients and partners in the pharmaceutical sector. She has strong expertise in client services allowing her to identify and develop new opportunities, strategize tactics that achieve client objectives, and manage relationships with key stakeholders. She conceptualizes innovative and multifaceted projects that stand out and support her team in executing these projects with high precision, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

 

Her welcoming personality, strong work ethic and solution-orientated thinking creates trusted relationships with industry partners and the individuals she’s mentored during her accelerated growth at MEDUCOM. Rachel loves connecting and learning from other passionate leaders in healthcare and she is a board member for the Ontario Pharmaceutical Marketing Association (OPMA).

 

Rachel lives in Guelph, ON with her English bulldog, Eleanor and spends her free time up at her family cottage, always with a book in hand!
